Quality & Transparency

How Amino Circle approaches documentation and traceability. This page uses careful, non-final language — claims appear only after supporting evidence is reviewed.

Documentation standards

Our approach is designed to support clear, batch-linked documentation. Verified records will be published on this site as they become available.

Batch tracking

Each catalog item is designed to reference a batch number so that documentation can be matched to the physical product label.

Supplier documentation

Documentation may include records provided by suppliers and testing laboratories, published as received and without alteration.

Third-party report uploads

When provided by the testing laboratory, third-party reports will be uploaded and linked to the corresponding batch.

Product release checklist

A release checklist is intended to confirm that catalog information and available documentation are in order before an item is listed.

Packaging records

Packaging and handling records are intended to support traceability from listing to dispatch.

Customer document access

Verified records will be published here and accessible from the relevant product page and the Certificates of Analysis library.

What we do not claim

We do not describe products as guaranteed purity, pharmaceutical grade, FDA approved, clinically proven, medical grade, sterile, made in a specific country, or ISO-certified unless actual supporting evidence has been supplied and reviewed. Until then, this page describes intent and process only.
